This vibrant sparkling rose is a collaboration between Thomas Pastuszak, formerly of The Nomad Hotel, and renown winemaker Kelby James Russell of Red Newt Cellars.
A blend of 95% Riesling and 5% Pinot Noir, on the nose this bubbly displays fruit tones of red cherry, raspberry, & baked lemon, notes of toasted brioche, and racy mineral aromas of gravel & limestone. Refined bubbles and a brisk acidity hit the palate, followed by flavors of strawberry & lemon cream, orange blossom & stone fruit, all leading to a long, mineral finish. This wine is just another reason why we love New York.
