“Spinning Cone” technology was used to reduce the alcohol from a portion of the Italian base wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine. The sparkling wine was then produced using the Charmat Method. Through this process, the grapes underwent natural fermentation in pressurized stainless-steel tanks with selected yeast. This preserved the wine’s natural aromas while allowing it to achieve a beautiful effervescence and a final alcohol of 7%. *
Pale lemon-lime. Fine tropical fruit, green apple, and elderflower. Crisp and graceful wine with fruit-forward notes of mango and white peach, fine bubbles on the palate, and ending with a smooth finish.
