Description
Cultivated from 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested after a minimum of six years until peak ripeness, the distillate Blanco tequila is mixed with a measure of Lobos 1707 Tequila, Reposado, and then carbon-filtered. The resulting liquid is finished in the brand’s historic PX wine barrels using the solera method.
Fresh and Bright Agave. Teeny tiny sweet. Flavor also, cooked agave, but round, ‘soft’ and a teeny tiny sweet. Fantastic oily mouth feel. Very smooth, but long finish. I would absolutely recommend and I think it’s a solid value for a high quality Joven. Clearly premium price, but not stupid by any means.
