Set in a hue reminiscent of cherry blossoms and peach, offering a delicate texture and vibrant notes of freshly picked fruit. Made from diverse selections of Pinot Noir, Diamond Collection Rosé is light in character and elegant on the palate. Juicy fruit flavors of tangerine, honeydew melon, and apricot are beautifully balanced by crisp, natural acidity, achieved by harvesting early morning at a lower Brix. To sustain bright flavors and lifted aromatics, the grapes are fermented and finished in stainless steel.
